Hi, my name is Kim! I launched this little dream of mine in 2025, but the idea started taking shape during a much harder season of life. In 2022, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Life felt uncertain and heavy, but through faith, community, and a whole lot of hope, I found strength and purpose in the little joys — one of them being creating beautiful moments for others.
During my treatments, I’d often daydream about fun ideas, celebrations, and creative projects I wanted to bring to life. That’s when the vision for a traveling charcuterie bar began — something that combined my love for party planning, special occasions, time in the kitchen, and spreading joy.
Charcuterie boards have become so popular, and I wanted to take it a step further — creating a mobile charcuterie experience with custom boards, specialty components, and curated event touches that make any gathering feel extra special.
Now, as a mom, wife, and creative soul, this side hustle has turned into something truly fulfilling. Whether you're hosting a bridal shower, birthday bash, or just want to elevate your next girls’ night — I’d love to bring a little “Char-Cutie” to your celebration!
